Ranbir receives special gift from grandmother

Ranbir Kapoor may be hailed as the best actor in recent times. With his charismatic charm and ingrained skill, it's a no brainer why the audience and critics alike hail him as the latest sensation in cinema. Ranbir's grandmother Krishna Raj Kapoor recently (late Raj Kapoor's wife) gifted her grandson a family heirloom - a gold medal given to her by the legendary Prithviraj Kapoor. Prithviraj had received the same as a gift way back in 1920 for one of his performances back in Peshawar. It is learnt that Krishna was so enthralled with Ranbir's performance in his latest film Rockstar that she decided that it would be a fitting gift for the budding actor.
